Colour – not cloudy: All grape juice is clear; the colour comes from the skins and depends on how long the skin is left on the juice.
Swirl – to aerate, release the aromas.
Legs – when you swirl the wine you will notice legs on the side of the glass this indicates alcohol content. More legs – more alcohol.
Taste – swish around your whole mouth. You taste differently with different parts of your mouth.
